What you will do
- Own the end-to-end player lifecycle for Monopoly Match.
- Brief, write, build, launch, and analyze campaigns across push notifications, in-app messaging, in-game inbox, offer surfacing, email, and SMS.
- Run continuous A/B tests and lifecycle experiments to improve D1, D7, and D30 retention, reactivation, payer conversion, and incremental revenue.
- Define customer segments and selection criteria using analytics tools such as Amplitude and Firebase.
- Collaborate with Legal and Product on message approvals, state-level suppression, US messaging regulations, and app store push policies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of lifecycle CRM experience in the mobile gaming industry.
- Experience with Match-3, casual, or mid-core mobile products.
- Hands-on experience building and executing campaigns across mobile app channels.
- Strong data fluency with Amplitude, Firebase, or similar analytics tools.
- Experience running A/B tests and optimizing retention, conversion, and reactivation KPIs.
- Excellent copywriting skills and strong attention to campaign creative and messaging alignment.
