Project Manager (Korean Clients)

Location: On-site in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, or Da Nang, Vietnam

Salary: Up to 50M VND per month

Software development and IT outsourcing services for international clients, including Korean customers.

What you will do

• Manage software development projects for Korean clients from initiation through delivery.
• Monitor project progress, quality, scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate Dev, QA, BA, and other stakeholders to ensure effective delivery.
• Lead client meetings, reporting, issue handling, and stakeholder communication.
• Support presales by clarifying requirements, estimating effort and cost, and preparing proposals and delivery approaches.
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams and improve project operations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in software development or IT outsourcing in a project management role.
• Experience working with international clients and in customer-facing environments.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and risk management skills.
• Proficient Korean communication skills are required.
• Proactive mindset, strong ownership, and business-oriented thinking.
• PMP certification.

Nice to have

• Experience in presales or solution discussions.
• Technical or software development background.
• Experience working onsite or in customer-facing roles.
