What you will do

• Review, post, and process job advertisements and applications across multiple platforms.
• Source and engage candidates through job boards, professional networks, databases, and Boolean search.
• Build candidate relationships and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in applicant tracking systems and manage multiple pipelines.
• Monitor sourcing metrics, service levels, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to optimize strategies.
• Support recruiters, coordinate feedback, promote the employer brand, and identify process improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent administration required.
• Successful completion of Sourcing Foundation training within the first 90 days is required.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, recruitment tools, and varied sourcing methods is required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, time management, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Professional demeanor when representing the company to candidates.

Nice to have

• Experience conducting preliminary candidate assessments by phone or video.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
