Senior Recruiter

Location: Taipei, Taiwan

Company

hirify.global is an e-commerce company expanding its Rocket Delivery and Rocket Overseas services in Taiwan.

What you will do

• Recruit talent across business functions and manage the full recruiting lifecycle.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and meet recruitment goals.
• Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies aligned with the company’s expansion plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with qualified active and passive candidates.
• Use job boards, social networks, and other platforms to source candidates and publish job descriptions.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of direct, hands-on recruitment experience.
• Experience with different types of recruiting, including bulk hiring and leadership programs.
• Strong communication, persuasion, relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented, analytical, creative, data-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring executives at Director level or above.
