Design Program Manager, Logistics

Location: San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; or New York, NY, United States

Salary: $148,200–$218,000 USD base salary annually, plus potential equity grants.

hirify.global's Design Studio is seeking an operations-focused program manager to improve how its design organization operates.

What you will do

• Own the Logistics pillar within Design Operations and maximize usable capacity for individual contributors and managers.
• Identify operational friction and create a prioritized roadmap of tools, automations, and process improvements.
• Build scalable solutions for scheduling, budgets, vendor management, event logistics, and recurring coordination.
• Redesign reviews, planning cadences, operating rhythms, and information flows across the Design Studio.
• Measure adoption, meeting load, usable time, and manual work eliminated, then iterate on the systems.
• Partner with and help develop other Design Program Managers as the Logistics scope grows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or business operations, including building systems and tools for complex organizations.
• Experience creating tools, workflows, or automations that replace manual work.
• Product-management approach to operations: diagnosing root causes, prototyping, shipping, measuring, and iterating.
• Ability to independently own outcomes at L4/L5 scope.
• Comfort using AI and no-code tools such as Claude, Cursor, Figma, or similar to prototype and ship internal tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with discretion when handling sensitive leadership and operational information.

Nice to have

• Experience in a design, product, or creative organization.
• Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff experience combined with systems-building beyond pure execution.
