What you will do

• Design clear, engaging information experiences that help users complete tasks efficiently.
• Write, edit, and maintain user guides, conceptual documentation, tutorials, release notes, feature documentation, and in-product help.
• Transform complex technical concepts into accessible content using text, visuals, diagrams, flowcharts, infographics, and other media.
• Organize documentation with modular, searchable, and easy-to-navigate information architecture.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, UX designers, content creators, and support teams to translate product features into customer-focused content.
• Test product features and workflows, improve content discoverability and usability, and review materials for clarity, consistency, and accessibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technical communication, information design, UX, graphic design, English, human-computer interaction, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0–3 years of experience in technical writing, information design, UX writing, instructional design, or a related discipline.
• Strong written and visual communication skills, including visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and information organization.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas, collaborate across functions, gather information, and iterate based on feedback.
• Experience with documentation, content management, or design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Paligo, Confluence, or similar.
• Portfolio demonstrating documentation, information design, visual communication, or UX writing projects.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of software development or cloud technologies.
• Experience creating illustrations, infographics, instructional graphics, or multimedia learning content.
• Familiarity with structured authoring, content reuse principles, and accessibility best practices.
