TL;DR
Enterprise Resiliency Officer (Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery): Developing and coordinating enterprise resiliency strategies, continuity plans, incident management, and disaster recovery initiatives with an accent on cross-functional project delivery, regulatory compliance, and technology resilience. Focus on facilitating exercises, identifying and tracking remediation gaps, supporting audits, and restoring business and technology capabilities during disruptions.
Location: Hybrid position based in the Houston, TX or Jersey City, NJ office; occasional off-hours work and travel to Corebridge facilities may be required, with estimated travel of up to 25%.
Salary: $95,000–$125,000 annually for the Jersey City, NJ area, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus.

What you will do
- Deliver strategic Enterprise Resiliency projects with C-suite leaders and their organizations.
- Provide guidance, training, and quality assurance for business continuity, incident management, and disaster recovery strategies and plans.
- Facilitate resiliency exercises to validate plans, identify gaps, and track remediation through completion.
- Monitor adherence to Enterprise Resiliency policies, standards, and compliance obligations.
- Participate in audits and regulatory reviews.
Requirements
- 3+ years of related experience in project management, business continuity, disaster recovery, and incident management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; CBCP and/or PMP certification.
- Experience leading and implementing projects with cross-functional teams.
- Working knowledge of relevant technologies, analytics, reporting, and enterprise resiliency tools.
- Understanding of how cloud, colocation, and SaaS environments support critical business processes.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; willingness to support potential incidents outside regular hours.
