Security Analyst Intern (Aerospace)

Location: Wallops Island, Virginia, United States; full-time, on-site for at least 12 consecutive weeks beginning May or June 2027

What you will do

• Support security education initiatives and security department projects.
• Conduct intelligence and risk assessments.
• Research network infrastructure and support physical security activities.
• Help protect personnel, assets, and intellectual property through physical security, program security, and enterprise risk management programs.
• Work with mentors and security professionals to solve real-world challenges and provide project updates.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in an associate, bachelor's, master's, or doctoral program in criminal justice, national security, emergency management, or a similar field.
• At least one semester of school must remain after the internship.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• At least 3 months of general work experience, including internships or personal/team projects.
• Must be able to work full-time on-site for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks.
• For U.S. office work, must meet applicable ITAR eligibility or authorization requirements.

Nice to have

• GPA of 3.5 or above.
• Military experience, active duty, reserves, or ROTC.
• Experience in the aerospace or technology industry.
