Production Manager – Gameplay (Gamedev)

Location: Applicants must be based in Canada; hybrid and remote work arrangements are available. Office locations include Quebec City and Montreal.

What you will do

• Contribute to production plans for the Enemies and Player teams.
• Identify and integrate dependencies across design, animation, programming, art, and audio.
• Facilitate day-to-day production, anticipate obstacles, and keep goals on track.
• Maintain communication and alignment between the teams, stakeholders, and overall project goals.
• Identify interdependency risks and propose solutions.
• Support team work planning while respecting autonomy in daily task management.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of production management experience in game development, ideally with gameplay teams focused on player controls or combat.
• Strong understanding of technical and creative dependencies between game development disciplines.
• Knowledge of project management approaches and agile-inspired tools.
• Strong communication, facilitation, organizational, and production-tracking skills.
• Professional bilingualism in English and French, spoken and written, is required.
• Applicants must be based in Canada.
