TL;DR
Salesforce QA Analyst (Manual QA/API/Web Testing): Analyzing user stories, designing test cases, and manually validating web functionality within an Agile delivery team with an accent on API testing, web application testing, and clear defect reporting. Focus on identifying missing requirements, verifying story behavior, and explaining defects clearly enough for developers to resolve them.

Location: Fully remote from Argentina, Uruguay, or Colombia

What you will do

  • Analyze user stories for inaccuracies and missing details before development begins.
  • Write comprehensive test cases for user stories.
  • Run manual tests to verify that functionality matches requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner and developers throughout the Agile delivery cycle.
  • Report defects early and provide enough detail for developers to act on them.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on manual QA experience.
  • Proven experience testing APIs and web-based applications.
  • Basic programming skills.
  • Written English at B1 level or above; day-to-day work is conducted in Spanish.

Nice to have

  • Experience testing Salesforce or another heavily configured business platform.
  • ISTQB certification.
  • Experience automating basic test cases with Selenium WebDriver using Java or JavaScript.
  • Experience with UI, API, and load test automation.
