Senior Technical Program Manager – Fleet Delivery & Capacity Management

Location: New York, NY; Sunnyvale, CA; or Bellevue, WA. The position requires access to export-controlled information and eligibility under applicable U.S. Government export regulations.

Salary: $157,000–$210,000 base salary per year, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead fleet delivery programs from infrastructure handover through provisioning, validation, and operational acceptance.
• Translate customer requirements for instance type, location, quantity, configuration, and delivery dates into executable plans.
• Coordinate dependencies, commitments, forecasts, blockers, and owners across Compute, Networking, Data Center, Fleet Operations, Product, Go-to-Market, and Capacity Planning.
• Assess demand and fleet-capacity gaps, develop mitigation options, and drive prioritization and resource tradeoff decisions.
• Resolve provisioning and validation blockers while communicating changes to delivery forecasts.
• Improve fleet tooling, automation, processes, delivery throughput, forecast accuracy, and time to operational readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in technical program management or related engineering delivery roles, including complex compute infrastructure deployment programs.
• Technical understanding of server provisioning, networking dependencies, hardware and software integration, validation, and operational readiness at scale.
• Experience translating business and customer requirements into delivery plans with scope, dependencies, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to lead cross-functional execution, influence without direct authority, and drive prioritization and tradeoff decisions.
• Must meet applicable U.S. export-control access requirements, including being a U.S. person or otherwise eligible to access the controlled information.

Nice to have

• Experience with new GPU platforms, compute service offerings, data center power, cooling, and networking dependencies.
• Experience with reprovisioning, hardware refreshes, infrastructure transitions, or operational acceptance criteria.
• Experience using SQL or other analytical tools to investigate infrastructure data and improve reporting.
• Experience improving provisioning throughput, delivery predictability, or operational readiness through tooling, automation, or process changes.
