Location: Norwood, Massachusetts, United States; 100% onsite

Salary: $142,500–$256,500 per year, with potential eligibility for a discretionary bonus, incentive compensation, or equity award.

What you will do

Lead the global facilities strategy and operations, ensuring consistency, scalability, operational excellence, and cost efficiency.
Develop stakeholder engagement and strategic communication approaches for senior leadership, regional teams, and functional groups.
Establish global facilities management standards, KPIs, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee the global facilities budget and implement cost optimization strategies.
Design and deploy a scalable facilities service model that addresses global standards and regional needs.
Drive cross-functional decision-making and alignment between facilities strategy and broader organizational goals.

Requirements

Experience leading complex global initiatives with clear strategic direction.
Expertise in standardized processes and operational efficiency.
Ability to align teams across functions and regions around shared objectives.
Data-driven decision-making focused on performance metrics.
Strong communication and influence skills with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Must qualify as a U.S. person under U.S. export control laws; non-U.S. persons are not eligible, and visa sponsorship is not available.
