TL;DR
Senior MLOps Engineer (AI): Building and operating a secure, scalable, and cost-optimized platform for deploying AI agents across infrastructure with an accent on AWS, Terraform, observability, and DevOps automation. Focus on managing MCP servers and gateways, measuring token and resource costs, performing load testing, and maintaining platform reliability and security.
Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid working

What you will do
- Design, deploy, and maintain AI agents on Agent Core MCP servers and MCP gateways.
- Build secure, highly available, scalable, and cost-optimized infrastructure for AI workloads.
- Implement observability with OpenTelemetry and Datadog for logs and traces.
- Support AI researchers, data scientists, and engineering teams with infrastructure and production deployments.
- Develop CI/CD workflows, automation scripts with AWS Boto3, and Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code across multiple environments.
- Perform load testing, token cost measurement, vulnerability assessments, audits, troubleshooting, and platform optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in platform engineering or DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps workflows, platform engineering, security, cost optimization, and performance testing.
- Experience with AWS, API design and integration, microservices, Kubernetes or EKS, and cloud-native architectures.
- Programming experience with Python, Node, or Go, including backend and automation development.
- Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Datadog, observability tooling, and AI agent or MCP frameworks.
- Ability to collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, backend and frontend engineers, and other technical teams.
Nice to have
- Experience deploying AI or ML platforms and AI agents in production.
- Exposure to high-scale distributed systems and complex cloud infrastructure.
- AWS certifications.
