Multilingual Content Operations Team Lead (English/French/Spanish) (Content Operations/Localization): Leading multilingual content distribution and quality operations in English, French, and Spanish with an accent on team coaching, workflow management, and cultural adaptation of synopsis guidelines. Focus on resolving stakeholder escalations, analyzing performance metrics, improving operational processes, and creating language-specific quality datasets.
Location: Remote in Montreal, Canada until further notice; Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Montreal local time

What you will do
- Ensure multilingual content distribution is delivered on time and meets quality standards.
- Manage synopsis workflows, workload allocation, production coverage, and team bandwidth.
- Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding, shadow sessions, error correction assignments, and refresher training.
- Monitor performance, analyze operational metrics, prepare reports, and drive workflow improvements.
- Resolve escalations with Operations Management and client stakeholders, documenting root-cause analyses and tooling issues.
- Localize synopsis guidelines, error codes, cultural nuances, and quality examples for English, French, and Spanish content.
Requirements
- Excellent English and native or highly proficient French and Spanish.
- Experience managing or influencing teams, with or without formal authority.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities, stakeholder issues, and pragmatic operational decisions.
- Strong communication, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional, international team.
- Availability Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Montreal time.
Nice to have
- Additional language proficiency.
- Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills and Airtable experience.
- Experience working with global teams and diverse cultures.
- Experience adapting guidelines and error codes to different languages and cultures.
