Growth Engineer (AI/SEO)

Salary: €100,000–€130,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Build experimentation infrastructure, including feature flags, assignment, and exposure logging.
• Run acquisition experiments end to end, from hypothesis and implementation through instrumentation, launch, analysis, and decisions.
• Own the acquisition experimentation surface across landing pages, pricing, paid pages, and signup entry points.
• Set the roadmap and prioritize acquisition work as a product surface.
• Build scalable programmatic page systems and own technical SEO as engineering.
• Improve conversion measurement through event design, funnel definitions, and acquisition tooling.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience running acquisition experiments from hypothesis to results.
• B2B technology experience and strong product judgment.
• Strong production experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with React, Node.js, Next.js, SQL, and analytics.
• Experience building programmatic pages, templated page systems at scale, or internal tools.
• Ability to ship with Claude Code, Cursor, or an equivalent tool.

Nice to have

• Experience setting up an experimentation practice from scratch.
• Product-led growth experience.
• Programmatic SEO experience at meaningful scale.
• Experience with Statsig, GrowthBook, PostHog, or custom experimentation and feature-flag systems.
• SEO, search, MarTech, or AdTech background, plus demonstrable side projects or experiments.
