What you will do
- Partner with hiring managers to understand current talent needs.
- Manage recruitment processes and support a positive candidate and hiring-manager experience.
- Source candidates through diverse methods and build talent pools.
- Contact potential candidates, negotiate, and accelerate recruitment processes.
- Support senior recruiters by taking over routine tasks and maintaining accurate recruitment administration.
Requirements
- Experience and proven ability in recruitment, ideally including talent sourcing.
- Friendly, open-minded communication style with the ability to build relationships.
- Fluent English.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and accuracy under short turnaround times and shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems.
- Experience sourcing or recruiting for the creative industry, especially film, animation, or games.
Nice to have
- Ability to evaluate artwork and artist portfolios according to art-team instructions.
