Organic Growth Manager (iGaming)

Salary: €25,000–€35,000 gross annual

What you will do

• Manage the website and its core content features for the LatAm iGaming market.
• Execute the organic growth roadmap in collaboration with Product.
• Keep core website sections accurate, relevant, and continuously updated.
• Identify and launch product-led content experiences, landing pages, and scalable SEO features.
• Monitor local betting markets, including promotions, campaigns, operators, and sportsbook launches.
• Use AI and automation to improve research, content operations, organic performance, and business impact.

Requirements

• Strong SEO experience with proven ownership of a large content website.
• Strong understanding of information architecture, internal linking, and content strategy.
• Daily experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
• Experience designing systems and automation rather than relying only on manual execution.
• Strong analytical skills with GA4, Search Console, and Ahrefs.
• Native Spanish and fluent English.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, sports betting, or casino products.
• Experience launching SEO features, programmatic pages, or scalable content products.
• Experience with WordPress or headless CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with APIs, automation tools, or AI-assisted publishing.
• Product mindset with the ability to prioritize by business impact.
