Sales Marketing Coordinator (Food Technology)

Location: Senec, Slovakia; hybrid work model

Salary: From €1,800 gross per month, depending on experience

Sensor-based sorting and processing technology provider for the fresh and processed food industries.

What you will do

• Support EMEA sales growth through targeted marketing campaigns and engagement programs.
• Collaborate with Sales to generate quality leads and create sales enablement tools, case studies, and marketing content.
• Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, webinars, and customer events across EMEA.
• Manage event timelines, suppliers, budgets, collateral, and promotional materials.
• Track campaign and event KPIs, report ROI, and recommend performance improvements using CRM and analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or an equivalent qualification; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
• Practical marketing experience, preferably in a B2B and sales-driven environment.
• Experience with web content management systems and data analysis for KPI and campaign tracking.
• Fluent English required.
• Willingness to travel to exhibitions and customer events and a valid driving license.
