What you will do
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for hedge fund products and solutions.
- Identify market opportunities, industry trends, regulatory developments, and evolving client needs.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to translate requirements into differentiated product and solution opportunities.
- Partner with sales, technology, operations, business, and marketing teams to develop and launch new offerings.
- Evaluate potential acquisitions that complement SS&C’s International Hedge Fund business.
- Support sales through solution discussions, product demonstrations, product positioning, and commercial modelling.
Requirements
- Significant experience in the hedge fund services industry, including fund administration, operations, and middle- and back-office functions.
- Proven experience in product management, product strategy, solution development, or a related leadership role in hedge fund or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of hedge fund operating models, asset classes, investment and trading strategies, regulation, and technology.
- Experience engaging clients and prospects and translating complex requirements into effective product and solution propositions.
- Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
