TL;DR
Senior QA Engineer (Gameplay) (MMO 4X gamedev): Ensuring the quality of endgame gameplay and monetization features for Total Battle with an accent on end-to-end testing, risk assessment, test coverage, and release validation. Focus on analyzing requirements, testing client–server systems, investigating defects through logs, and supporting smoke, regression, acceptance, and post-release testing.
Location: Onsite in Limassol, Cyprus; full relocation coverage to Cyprus is provided for the employee and family.
Salary: €4,000–€6,000 per month net, plus a 13th salary.

What you will do
- Provide end-to-end QA support for endgame features from requirements analysis through final release.
- Evaluate testability, identify risks, estimate testing effort, and assess test coverage.
- Maintain relevant critical test cases and improve testing documentation.
- Perform full, smoke, regression, final acceptance, and post-release testing across minor and major releases.
- Monitor released features, investigate defects, and share QA knowledge across the team.
Requirements
- Experience testing games and 5+ years of experience testing web and mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of testing methods and techniques.
- Understanding of client–server architecture and practical experience testing such systems.
- Experience working with requirements, documentation, bug-tracking systems, test management tools, and system logs.
Nice to have
- Understanding of core game mechanics and game design principles.
- Experience working with customer support to investigate and reproduce edge-case issues.
- Advanced gaming knowledge or gaming skills.
