Senior Backend Golang Engineer (Golang)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable Golang backend services, RESTful APIs, and stable data contracts.
• Develop distributed systems, microservices, and asynchronous event-driven communication with reliable message handling, idempotency, error handling, and backward compatibility.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and resource utilization in production environments.
• Design secure APIs and integrations using authentication, authorization, and identity-management best practices.
• Build integrations with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow, Genesys Cloud, and other enterprise platforms.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, knowledge sharing, and automated unit and integration testing.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience and strong backend development experience with Golang.
• Strong understanding of Golang concurrency, asynchronous workflows, event-driven architectures, and message handling with technologies such as Kafka, NATS, or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with AWS, cloud-native architectures, microservices, distributed systems, and relational or NoSQL databases.
• Experience designing APIs and event schemas for long-term evolution and backward compatibility.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, secure API design, authentication, authorization, and automated unit and integration testing.

Nice to have

• Experience with React, TypeScript, and Protobuf.
• Experience with Azure or GCP, monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
• Experience with identity and access-management solutions such as Keycloak, Auth0, or Okta.
