Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure/AWS): Managing and modernizing cloud infrastructure, systems, identity services, and operational reliability with an accent on automation, infrastructure as code, and secure enterprise administration. Focus on troubleshooting complex infrastructure and access issues, building repeatable self-service capabilities, and improving the observability and auditability of production changes.

What you will do
- Administer and support Microsoft Azure, AWS, Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, VMware, and related enterprise infrastructure.
- Manage compute, storage, networking, certificates, backups, monitoring, lifecycle operations, and hybrid-cloud environments.
- Manage identity and access, including privileged access, service accounts, application registrations, and access reviews.
- Automate infrastructure and operational tasks using PowerShell, Python, Terraform, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Support CI/CD, GitHub, developer environments, shared platform services, and self-service capabilities.
- Maintain documentation and runbooks, lead infrastructure changes, participate in on-call escalation, and collaborate with Systems, DevOps, Security, Service Desk, and application teams.
Requirements
- Strong experience in systems engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or IT operations.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, Active Directory or Entra ID, Windows Server, and enterprise infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of AWS and VMware or another enterprise virtualization platform.
- Experience with identity and access management, service accounts, privileged administration, scripting, and automation, especially PowerShell.
- Familiarity with Terraform, infrastructure as code, configuration management, or CI/CD tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, incident-management, and production security skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Azure DevBox, Azure Virtual Desktop, GitHub administration, GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Kubernetes, or containerized workloads.
- Experience with SailPoint or comparable identity-governance platforms.
- Experience supporting SOX, SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar audit controls.
- Microsoft, Azure, AWS, VMware, Terraform, or security certifications.
