Media Operations Manager (AI)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week

hirify.global is WPP’s AI-driven media operating unit, combining media, data, partnerships, and the WPP Open platform to deliver personalised marketing at scale.

What you will do

• Follow up on order status and ensure orders are released for invoicing on time.
• Identify invoicing blockers, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive issue resolution.
• Manage manual invoicing routines and investigate order discrepancies.
• Produce Marathon reports for audits and client reporting.
• Support client teams with corrections, currency questions, client and media setups, and contract-related matters.
• Act as the first point of contact for operational issues and provide guidance based on system and business knowledge.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in media, advertising, or marketing.
• Experience with financial systems and accounts receivable or accounts payable.
• Excellent spoken and written Swedish and English.
• Detail-oriented, independent, and highly responsible working style.
• Service-minded, solution-oriented approach with strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Marathon on the finance or media side.
