What you will do
- Develop and execute sales operating plans aligned with business objectives.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales, financial, and customer targets.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and promote products, therapies, and services to key decision-makers.
- Manage distributor and vendor performance, account planning, and sales force effectiveness.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team while managing workload, performance, and resource allocation.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales Support, and Customer Service, while ensuring pharmacovigilance and adverse event reporting compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree is preferred.
- 4–7 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry.
- 2–5 years of experience leading sales teams.
- Excellent French communication skills and good English communication skills.
- Experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, sales planning, negotiation, and distributor management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and business applications.
