What you will do
- Own customer projects from kickoff through successful delivery.
- Manage scope, milestones, stakeholders, dependencies, and timelines for complex implementations.
- Coordinate technical delivery across customers, Aikido, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate hardware dependencies where relevant.
- Deliver technical training, runbooks, and architecture documentation.
- Identify blockers early and drive them to resolution.

- Strong technical background with enterprise software and APIs.
- Excellent project management skills for complex implementations.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organization, pragmatism, and ability to manage multiple projects.
