What you will do
- Lead end-to-end medical governance for the CSE Medical MCO, including KPI setting, analysis, accountability, risk management, and audit support.
- Coordinate with Medical, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, Quality, Ethics and Business Integrity, Legal, Procurement, Finance, and business units.
- Oversee and consolidate Medical Management and Clinical budgets, manage variances, and support forecasting and resource allocation.
- Lead or co-lead operational meetings, transversal projects, process simplification, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and facilitate onboarding and training programs for Medical personnel.
- Support adherence to global processes, policies, and ethical compliance standards.
Requirements
- Degree in a scientific discipline or a related field with substantial project management orientation.
- At least five years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Medical Affairs, Research & Development, or an equivalent area.
- Extensive pharmaceutical project management experience; Agile or another professional project management qualification is beneficial.
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures, financial acumen, computer literacy, and strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in an international, cross-cultural, matrix organization and manage competing priorities.
- Fluency in English and ability to work from Warsaw are required.

- Professional project management qualification, including Agile methodology.
