Director of Fullstack (Kubernetes)

What you will do

• Lead and grow the engineering organization responsible for the core product.
• Define and execute engineering strategy for the Kubernetes resource management platform.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Go-to-Market leadership to translate business strategy into engineering execution.
• Set technical direction, architectural standards, and engineering best practices across multiple teams.
• Build, mentor, and develop engineering managers and senior engineers.
• Scale engineering processes, organizational structure, and delivery capabilities while maintaining quality.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including several years leading engineering organizations in high-growth SaaS or cloud infrastructure companies.
• Experience managing multiple engineering teams and developing engineering managers.
• Strong technical background in distributed systems, cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes, and containerized environments.
• Experience scaling engineering organizations, processes, and product delivery during rapid growth.
• Track record of partnering with Product and Executive leadership to deliver business impact.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, including service in an elite technological IDF unit.
