Senior Backend Developer (Node.js)

Location: Remote or from one of the company offices. Company-supported relocation is available.

What you will do

• Build backend services with Node.js and TypeScript, including new services from scratch.
• Design microservice architecture and communication using RabbitMQ and Kafka.
• Maintain, evolve, and optimize high-load services handling large volumes of traffic and data.
• Contribute to infrastructure running on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Build and improve service monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Make architectural and technical decisions, own implementation, and contribute to engineering standards.

Requirements

• Strong commercial backend development experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS.
• Hands-on experience designing and building microservice-based systems.
• Experience with high-load products and services, scalable architecture, and fault-tolerant systems.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with RabbitMQ and/or Kafka.
• Experience with Kubernetes, AWS, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Ability to make technical decisions independently and take ownership of outcomes.
