What you will do
- Design, build, and optimize backend logic for strategy and personalization engines that drive dynamic user interfaces.
- Develop high-throughput data-processing endpoints for real-time experiences based on user lifecycle, engagement, and status.
- Integrate AI and LLM workflows into production backend systems and support AI monitoring and observability.
- Implement user-behavior-driven strategies with Data Analysts and Product Managers, tracking feature performance and algorithm effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Frontend, DevOps, and QA squads to connect user-facing features with reliable backend infrastructure.
- Maintain engineering standards, code quality, and thorough code reviews.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of professional backend software development experience with recent production experience in Golang.
- Experience with AI monitoring, observability tools, or agent engineering, including AI/LLM integration into backend systems.
- Experience building data-driven backend systems, user profiling architectures, event tracking platforms, or user-behavior-driven applications.
- Understanding of distributed systems, microservices, relational and NoSQL databases, and message brokers such as Kafka.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, product-focused environment.

- Experience with recommendation systems, personalization engines, or A/B testing frameworks.
