Supply Chain Manager (Manufacturing)

hirify.global Industry, part of the Inter hirify.global Group, manufactures wooden boards, furniture components, and furniture across production sites in multiple countries.

What you will do

• Lead and establish the supply chain team across the Boards and Furniture production units.
• Organize supply chain activities and lead, motivate, train, and develop employees.
• Coordinate procurement of primary materials and oversee demand planning to meet customer requirements.
• Manage communication with customers and suppliers and coordinate production, warehousing, purchasing, and sales processes.
• Prepare management documentation, sales evaluations, stock development reports, economic studies, business analyses, forecasts, and sales budget inputs.
• Support logistics and warehouse system implementation while ensuring compliance with FSC, IWAY, storage, and logistics standards.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10 years of proven supply chain experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership skills with experience building, training, and developing teams.
• Solid knowledge of procurement, production planning, warehousing, purchasing, and sales processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and continuous controlling skills.
