TL;DR
Supply Quality Manager (Waste-to-X): Developing inspection and quality control plans for new equipment, qualifying suppliers, and managing supplier quality issues in waste-to-X infrastructure with an accent on ASME, PED, welding, non-destructive testing, and quality documentation. Focus on conducting root cause analysis, leading inspections, improving supplier processes, and coordinating multiple projects across international supply markets.
Location: Levice, Slovakia; hybrid work with home office possible two days per week.
Salary: €2,600 gross per month minimum, with final compensation based on skills, experience, and qualifications.

What you will do
- Develop inspection and test plans for new equipment and manage quality control plans.
- Plan and lead supplier quality inspections, resolving or escalating identified issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis at suppliers using A3, 8D, and DMAIC methods.
- Define and track supplier quality KPIs and improve related processes.
- Qualify new suppliers, with a focus on BCC suppliers, and ensure complete quality documentation.
- Monitor legal regulations and support project teams across multiple projects.
Requirements
- Project management skills and experience managing multiple projects.
- Strong knowledge of quality control, expediting, logistics, and supply markets.
- Experience with ASME, PED, welding, and non-destructive testing; CSWIP is preferred.
- Knowledge of EN ISO 9712 or ASNT Level 2, technical drawings, and ISO 9001.
- Cross-cultural experience, particularly with BCC suppliers.
- Professional English at B2 level; strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
