TL;DR
Compliance Manager (Corporate Compliance): Administering global compliance policies, risk processes, investigations, and reporting across a financial data and software company with an accent on regulatory requirements, internal controls, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on identifying and remediating compliance risks, managing sensitive inquiries and investigations, and building employee awareness through training.
Location: Hybrid position based in the Sofia office, Bulgaria

What you will do
- Implement, review, revise, and institutionalize compliance policies and procedures.
- Track policy rollouts, enterprise risks, remediation activities, and related change management.
- Administer compliance requests, reports, inquiries, records, and documentation.
- Support internal investigations and ad-hoc compliance projects for regional and business stakeholders.
- Build compliance awareness and support employee training across risk and compliance areas.
- Partner with Finance, Human Resources, IT Security, Facilities, and other functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of corporate compliance programs, internal investigations, and compliance risk identification.
- Fluency in English and the local language of the jurisdiction, Bulgarian.
- Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, integrity, discretion, and judgment.
- Ability to manage recurring compliance processes and deadlines across functions.
- Proficiency with standard office productivity software; familiarity with compliance management or case-tracking systems is beneficial.
