Clinical Research Associate 2 or Senior Clinical Research Associate 1 (Single Sponsor)

Location: Home-based throughout Germany; regular travel of up to 40–60% of working time is required. The role is associated with Frankfurt, Hesse, Germany.

What you will do

• Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
• Support subject recruitment planning and track recruitment progress.
• Evaluate site practices for compliance with Good Clinical Practice and ICH guidelines.
• Track regulatory submissions, case report form completion, and data query resolution.
• Collaborate with study-site experts and client representatives on clinical research activities.
• Contribute to remote monitoring, study start-up, therapeutic-area specialization, and mentoring less experienced colleagues as required.

Requirements

• University degree in life science or another scientific discipline, or healthcare-related apprenticeship.
• At least two years of on-site monitoring experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Knowledge of applicable clinical research regulations, including GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• German fluency at C1 level or higher and good command of English.
• Class B driver’s license and flexibility to travel up to 40–60% of working time.
