What you will do
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Manage job postings and employer branding initiatives.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain clear candidate communication and deliver a professional recruitment experience.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and dashboards, provide market insights, and analyze hiring data to improve processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience hiring for both tech and non-tech roles.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines.
