Microsoft Security Engineer (Microsoft Security): Managing, optimising, and strengthening Microsoft security environments across security operations, identity, vulnerability remediation, and incident response with an accent on Entra ID, Conditional Access, Purview, Defender, and Azure security. Focus on troubleshooting identity and access issues, implementing security controls, and designing new solutions with senior architects.

What you will do
- Manage, support, configure, maintain, and optimise the Microsoft security environment.
- Troubleshoot security, identity, and access issues.
- Monitor vulnerabilities and drive remediation activities.
- Implement security policies, best practices, and improved security controls.
- Support the design and delivery of new security solutions alongside senior architects.
- Respond to security incidents, produce technical documentation, and collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional Access.
- Knowledge of Identity Governance and Privileged Identity Management.
- Experience with Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Defender.
- Understanding of Azure Security and Cloud Security Posture Management.
- Experience with vulnerability management and remediation.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills; ability to work independently.

- Citrix NetScaler / ADC.
- Azure Web Application Firewall.
- One Identity PAM.
- Palo Alto Cortex XDR/XSOAR.
