What you will do
- Translate business strategies into people priorities and actions for assigned business functions.
- Advise business leaders and partner with People Experience and Global People Business Partners.
- Support talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Manage employee and labor relations matters while promoting engagement, retention, and development.
- Execute core people processes and talent acquisition activities with global teams.
- Support change management and ensure compliance with policies, ethical standards, and local legal requirements.
Requirements
- Professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a strategic HR role.
- Experience aligning HR practices with organizational goals and leading strategic initiatives.
- Experience with development, engagement, retention, change management, and complex employee relations.
- Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and local HR best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree from a relevant university.
- Excellent command of English is required as the business language.
