Junior Talent Sourcing Partner (AI)

Location: Onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City, Philippines. Work schedule: 6:00–15:00 MNL time.

What you will do

• Review role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies for client vacancies.
• Identify passive and active candidates using Boolean search, AI-powered sourcing tools, data mining, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and talent communities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs.
• Engage candidates, conduct telephone screens and initial interviews, assess suitability, and present qualified profiles to Talent Acquisition Partners and Team Leads.
• Maintain candidate notes, profiles, tags, and recruitment activity in Zoho.
• Provide recruitment updates, follow compliance procedures, and support a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in an agency, in-house, BPO, or RPO environment.
• Strong sourcing, candidate engagement, assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of Boolean search and modern sourcing techniques.
• Ability to conduct telephone screens and initial interviews independently.
• Experience with recruitment management software; Zoho experience is preferred.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, prioritisation, commercial awareness, and ability to manage multiple pipelines.
