Product Manager / Director, Institutional Product (AI): Building institutional-grade custody, brokerage, fee, and incentive products for crypto-market participants with an accent on commercial logic, liquidity dynamics, and regulatory compliance. Focus on designing AI-powered market and operations workflows, translating institutional requirements into scalable features, and driving adoption, trading volume, and revenue.
Location: Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR. Applicants must have a current right to work in Hong Kong and must not require visa sponsorship.

What you will do
- Define product direction and roadmaps for institutional custody products, translating client and partner requirements into shipped features.
- Own fee schedules and incentive programs, including market-maker and taker structures, VIP tiers, and rebate frameworks.
- Build business cases and quantify revenue and assets-under-management impact to guide product and partnership investments.
- Develop self-service portals, automated workflows, and AI agents for competitor intelligence, liquidity analysis, fee simulation, and program operations.
- Partner with engineering, design, operations, sales, compliance, legal, and external service providers to deliver complex product changes.
- Communicate product strategy, progress, and trade-offs to leadership and institutional clients while navigating requirements across Hong Kong, Singapore, the EU, and the US.
Requirements
- Product management experience at a crypto exchange in custody products, custody experience, or traditional-finance experience with collateral, tri-party, or CCP solutions.
- Strong understanding of institutional crypto-market liquidity, counterparties, custody, execution, and settlement.
- Experience leading strategic business reviews, gathering requirements from clients, and partnering with Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management in a B2B institutional environment.
- Ability to structure complex problems, align senior stakeholders, create product plans and roadmaps, and communicate strategy clearly.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for market research, data analysis, automated workflows, or AI-powered product prototyping.
- Current right to work in Hong Kong without requiring visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience managing fee schedules or designing market-maker, market-taker, VIP-tier, or rebate programs.
- Experience building a product from zero to one.
- Additional experience may qualify the candidate for the Product Director level.
