Product Manager / Director, Institutional Product (Crypto)

Location: Singapore, Singapore. Applicants must have the current right to work in Singapore and must not require visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Define product direction and roadmaps for institutional custody products, including Custody OES, and convert client and partner requirements into shipped features.
• Own fee schedules and incentive programs, including market maker/taker structures, VIP tiers, and rebate frameworks.
• Build AI-powered workflows for competitor intelligence, liquidity analysis, fee and rebate simulation, and program operations.
• Develop ROI-based business cases and quantify revenue and assets-under-management impact for product and partnership investments.
• Communicate product strategy, progress, and trade-offs to leadership, institutional clients, and external partners.
• Partner with engineering, design, operations, sales, compliance, legal, and external providers to deliver complex, compliant product changes.

Requirements

• Product management experience at a crypto exchange working with custody products, or experience in custody, collateral, tri-party, CCP, or related traditional finance solutions.
• Deep understanding of institutional crypto markets, liquidity dynamics, counterparties, custody, execution, and settlement.
• Experience managing fee schedules or designing incentive programs such as market maker/taker structures, VIP tiers, or rebates.
• Experience leading strategic business reviews, conducting on-site requirements discovery, and partnering with Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management teams in a B2B institutional environment.
• Ability to align senior stakeholders, produce strategy documents and roadmaps, and lead globally distributed teams across time zones and cultures.
• Hands-on experience using AI for market research, data analysis, automated workflows, product operations, or AI-powered feature prototyping.

• Experience building a product from zero to one.
• Additional experience may qualify the candidate for the Product Director role at level P7-1.
