Manager, Site Reliability Engineering (SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead two teams of 4–6 platform engineers across Site Reliability Engineering and Developer Experience.
• Coach, mentor, and manage a senior team of cross-functional cloud platform engineers.
• Develop the SRE strategy, prioritize initiatives, and manage the team roadmap.
• Design and implement scalable, reliable infrastructure for a global cloud-based POS SaaS platform.
• Drive automation for deployment, monitoring, and operational processes.
• Coordinate cross-organization projects and align engineering, product, and SRE stakeholders.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure providers such as AWS and GCP.
• Proven expertise in infrastructure as code, automation, and operational improvement.
• Experience across engineering and leadership roles, including leading medium to large platform engineering teams.
• Ability to set long-term objectives and shape the strategic and technical direction of a platform engineering organization.
• Proven experience delivering projects through high-performing teams and improving processes across team boundaries.
• Availability to participate in an on-call rotation when required.
