Senior Customer Training Coordinator (Audio Video)

Location: Plano, Texas, United States; in-person training and travel of up to 15% required.

What you will do

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to define learning objectives and develop curricula for audio video professionals.
• Create training courses, presentations, manuals, online resources, hands-on exercises, videos, audio recordings, and interactive modules.
• Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to structure engaging learning experiences.
• Produce, edit, mix, and enhance audio and video content, including graphics, animations, and illustrations.
• Integrate learning content into the Learning Management System and conduct in-person and online training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Manage assessments, participant records, training logistics, equipment setup, feedback, and reporting.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in facilitation, content development, instructional design, or e-learning production.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs, preferably in the audio video industry.
• Knowledge of audio video technologies, systems, workflows, curriculum development, instructional design models, and adult learning principles.
• Proficiency with audio and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Audacity, and multimedia authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline.
• Ability to use Learning Management Systems and multimedia equipment, explain complex concepts clearly, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% for in-person training, industry events, and stakeholder collaboration.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Multimedia Production, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of audio video technologies, systems, and workflows.
