Location: Easton, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite work on the manufacturing shop floor

What you will do
- Coordinate training sessions across the manufacturing facility around production schedules, shifts, and operational needs.
- Track employee training completion, deadlines, recertifications, and expiring qualifications using Azumuta’s Skills Matrix and other tools.
- Convert paper instructions and method sheets into digital work instructions, training videos, and visual content.
- Capture shop-floor videos and images and build standardized digital libraries for tools, PPE, equipment, and symbols.
- Maintain training records and generate progress reports for HR, supervisors, and shop-floor leadership.
- Integrate Health & Safety requirements into digital instructions and support the rollout of Azumuta across the facility.
Requirements
- Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Experience with spreadsheets, an LMS, or similar tracking and reporting systems.
- Experience or strong interest in content creation, video or image editing, or instructional design.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint, Word, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Comfort working on a manufacturing shop floor and following PPE requirements.
- Must already be authorized to work full-time in the applicable country without current or future employer-sponsored immigration support.
Nice to have
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Digital Media, Communications, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Experience with an LMS, training-tracking system, technical writing, e-learning tools, or industrial/manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with Clipchamp, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar editing platforms.
