Operations Manager, Automation and Solution (Trust & Safety)

Location: San Jose, United States; fully in-person schedule up to 5 days a week

Salary: $88,000–$198,445 annually, with potential discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.

hirify.global operates a U.S. data privacy, cybersecurity, and trust and safety program for TikTok’s American users, apps, and content ecosystem.

What you will do

• Drive execution of several major organization-wide programs, owning milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder coordination.
• Partner with global initiative owners and USDS teams to ensure operational alignment, readiness, and follow-through.
• Translate large-scale initiatives into operational plans, stakeholder actions, and implementation pathways across relevant lines of business.
• Coordinate rollout and adoption plans, including readiness checks, issue tracking, and post-launch follow-up.
• Surface blockers and cross-functional dependencies early, driving resolution through coordination and escalation.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve scalability through automation, operational excellence, and change delivery.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in program execution, operations management, implementation, change delivery, or related cross-functional operational roles.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with ownership of milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to create operational rollout plans and support implementation and adoption across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Policy, Global Platform, and Engineering teams.
• Strong operational judgment, communication, escalation, and ambiguity-management skills.
• On-site presence in San Jose for up to 5 days per week is required.

• Experience in Trust & Safety, large-scale operations, or high-complexity rollout environments.
