HR Representative I

What you will do

• Support one or more HR functional areas within the HR Service Center.
• Provide first-level assistance to managers, employees, team members, and other internal customers.
• Receive inquiries, respond to requests, and provide basic policy guidance.
• Maintain employee data, documentation, and records in appropriate systems.
• Coordinate issue resolution with HR information systems, program managers, technology specialists, and other HR teams.
• Support projects, correspondence, reports, and other assigned HR service activities.

Requirements

• Less than one year of related work experience is typically required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of HR principles and routine transaction processes.
• Ability to follow policies, detailed instructions, and applicable legal regulations.
• Ability to work onsite in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico.
