What you will do
- Receive and process customer orders from beginning to end.
- Coordinate order fulfillment and provide customers with the necessary information.
- Act as a consistent point of contact and develop solutions to customer needs.
- Build and sustain long-term customer partnerships.
- Resolve problems and non-conformances quickly while collaborating with team members.
Requirements
- University degree or college diploma with specialized training in chemistry, sales, customer service, or a related field.
- At least two years of customer service experience.
- Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Customer-oriented, self-motivated, and confident when working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
