Salary: USD 70,304–74,052.94 per year

What you will do

• Assess participants’ work-readiness skills and administer competency tests.
• Manage classes for individuals with limited or no English skills.
• Conduct activities and workshops that improve motivation, communication, job-readiness, and life skills.
• Support participants with job searches, barrier resolution, and work-life balance management.
• Maintain attendance records and ensure adherence to center guidelines.

Requirements

• Strong communication, public speaking, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate and correspond in English in person and through virtual webinars.
• Experience conducting group workshops or training focused on job-readiness skills.
• Experience supporting English Language Learners or other non-native populations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, resume writing, and job-search engines.
• Ability to motivate diverse participants and tailor learning activities to individual and group needs.
