Client Services Manager - RPO (Talent Acquisition)

What you will do

• Lead recruiting operations across sourcing, screening, coordination, and recruitment support.
• Manage, coach, and develop recruiting teams while driving performance and career growth.
• Develop recruiting metrics and analytics covering time to fill, cost per hire, productivity, sourcing, and satisfaction.
• Build client relationships, support new-client implementations, and partner with HR leaders and key stakeholders.
• Develop hiring strategies, recruitment marketing plans, candidate pipelines, events, and recruiting campaigns.
• Manage operational excellence, budgets, expenses, P&L reporting, and process standardization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Five or more years of results-oriented leadership experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
• Experience leading virtual and on-site teams in a corporate talent acquisition function, in-house or in an RPO environment.
• Experience with recruitment technologies, including applicant tracking systems and social media tools.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Work location: Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, USA.
