Senior Content Programs Manager (AI)

Salary: $159,000–$188,000 per year plus equity, depending on location

What you will do

• Own the global webinar and digital events program, including the roadmap, formats, frequency, audiences, and objectives.
• Design recurring series, roundtables, live product moments, and other digital content formats.
• Manage production from briefing through broadcast, including platform setup, technical rehearsals, run of show, moderation support, and contingency planning.
• Source, brief, and prepare internal and external speakers, including senior legal-industry guests.
• Lead promotion, registration, attendance growth, content repurposing, and sales-ready asset creation with Growth, International, Brand, Product Marketing, and Sales.
• Own program systems, CRM and marketing automation workflows, measurement, and AI-enabled research, editing, reporting, and repurposing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience running webinars, virtual events, or recurring digital content programs, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or complex enterprise environments.
• Hands-on production experience with run of show, technical setup, rehearsals, and live moderation.
• Experience designing content formats and series, with evidence of audience growth over time.
• Fluency with webinar and streaming platforms, marketing automation, CRM systems, and registration, attendance, and follow-up data flows.
• Experience coordinating Brand, Product Marketing, demand generation, and Sales contributions into one program.
• Ability to measure engagement and pipeline influence, use AI tools routinely, and work effectively with senior stakeholders across global markets.
