Senior Solutions Architect II, Pre-Sales, Middle East and North Africa (Earth Observation)

Location: Remote, based in the United Arab Emirates. Frequent international travel of up to 50% is required, primarily across MENA, with additional travel to Europe and the United States. If located near a hirify.global office, working from that office 3 days per week is expected.

hirify.global designs, builds, and operates a large constellation of imaging satellites and provides a cloud-based Earth observation data platform for commercial, environmental, and humanitarian use cases.

What you will do

• Uncover customer pain points and business needs in government and commercial organizations across MENA.
• Build and deliver technical presentations, solution demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions.
• Advise customers on Earth observation solutions that provide measurable business value.
• Support tenders, RFIs, and RFPs with product and solution information.
• Coordinate account strategies, forecasts, pipeline opportunities, and customer feedback with sales leadership.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product Management, and Business Development while mentoring team members and leading their development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience working with governments and commercial industry communities in Earth Observation within the Middle East region.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Fluency in Arabic and professional working proficiency in English.
• Experience with GIS, Remote Sensing, IMINT, ISR, and common geospatial software including QGIS, SocetGXP, ArcGIS, and GDAL.
• Ability to program with Python for imagery processing, vector-data manipulation, API integrations, and data-pipeline development.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, customer leadership, and international coordination skills.

• Experience writing technical proposals for government tenders.
• Experience with value-based solution selling or consulting selling techniques.
