Solutions Architect II (Higher Education)

Location: Hybrid role based at Innovation Hub Building 2, Internet City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates; travel up to 40% required

What you will do

• Translate institutional objectives, operating models, and student-lifecycle outcomes into future-state SIS solutions.
• Own end-to-end functional and technical architecture, including cross-product integrations and data considerations.
• Lead discovery, design, alignment, and solution-assurance workshops while challenging non-standard requirements.
• Define design principles, reusable patterns, guardrails, and assurance checkpoints across delivery projects.
• Act as the principal solution liaison for customers, internal teams, and partners, and mentor capability-stream consultants.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and recommend improvements focused on value realization, standardization, automation, and responsible AI use.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in higher education, SIS/ERP, professional services, or enterprise architecture, including 5 years in technical or functional roles.
• Experience translating strategic and business requirements into solutions across complex ERP, SIS, or CRM environments.
• Deep understanding of higher-education operating models, SIS processes, applications, data, integrations, and technology.
• Customer-facing consulting experience across multiple organizations, with strong communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, planning, and organizational skills, with sound commercial and delivery judgment.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% and work in a hybrid setup in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Nice to have

• Middle East market experience, particularly across the GCC, Levant, or Egypt.
• Enterprise architecture or modelling expertise, including TOGAF, ArchiMate, BPMN 2.0, or BizzDesign.
• Experience with automation, AI-enabled delivery tools, standardization, and reusable solution assets.
